Business Leader and Workforce Management Professional

About

Zachary Grayum is an accomplished business executive whose career reflects a commitment to leadership, operational excellence, and developing people. With extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar operations across construction, retail, and entrepreneurship, he has earned a reputation for building strong teams, improving organizational performance, and delivering measurable results. Raised in a family of educators, Zachary learned the values of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement from an early age. His father was a high school teacher, and his mother served as a substitute teacher, creating an environment where education and personal responsibility were highly valued. These principles carried into his athletic career, where he earned recognition as a Prep Stars All-American football player, an All-State football selection, and a Valley League Champion and State Finalist in both the javelin and shot put. His athletic accomplishments earned him a full football scholarship to Oregon State University, where he also entered the university’s Honors College. Today, Zachary continues to apply the same discipline and leadership that defined his athletic career to managing large organizations, mentoring employees, and creating high-performing teams focused on long-term success.
