Zachary Grayum is an accomplished business executive whose career reflects a commitment to leadership, operational excellence, and developing people. With extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar operations across construction, retail, and entrepreneurship, he has earned a reputation for building strong teams, improving organizational performance, and delivering measurable results. Raised in a family of educators, Zachary learned the values of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement from an early age. His father was a high school teacher, and his mother served as a substitute teacher, creating an environment where education and personal responsibility were highly valued. These principles carried into his athletic career, where he earned recognition as a Prep Stars All-American football player, an All-State football selection, and a Valley League Champion and State Finalist in both the javelin and shot put. His athletic accomplishments earned him a full football scholarship to Oregon State University, where he also entered the university’s Honors College.
