As a student-athlete, Zachary distinguished himself both academically and competitively. He was recognized as a Prep Stars All-American football player and earned All-State honors in 1997. Beyond football, he excelled in track and field as a Valley League Champion and State Finalist in both the javelin and shot put. His achievements earned him a full athletic scholarship to Oregon State University along with early admission into the university’s prestigious Honors College.
Professionally, Zachary has developed expertise across multiple industries. He spent eleven years as General Manager of West Coast Agricultural Construction Company, overseeing large-scale construction operations, project management, workforce development, and business growth. He later expanded his experience through entrepreneurship as the owner of Pacific Goldendoodle LLC, strengthening his understanding of customer service, business operations, and organizational leadership.
Today, Zachary leads large-scale business operations with a focus on employee development, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic planning. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, communication, and empowering people to achieve their highest potential.
